Read how shipping works for TDG orders, digital products, and member-to-member marketplace transactions.
Shipping Policy
TDG mainly sells digital memberships, reports, and collector tools. Standard TDG checkout orders do not usually include physical shipping.
Digital orders
Memberships, reports, and digital tools are delivered through your TDG account, order email, or both. Use My Account to check access after checkout.
Marketplace orders
If a collector-to-collector marketplace order includes a physical item, the seller handles packing, tracking, and shipment from the seller hub. Buyers should review the listing details and seller handling notes before payment.
Shipping questions
For missing digital delivery, use Support. For marketplace shipment issues, contact the seller through the order record first, then contact TDG if the order flow itself is broken.
